We have been winterizing the barn, collecting and inspecting all the kidding equipment. Making sure the iodine and other various supplies that need to be kept at room temperature are packed in the barn. Last year I received a warming coat for Christmas for the goats that is placed in the microwave and it works rather well.
The other other side of the barn is cleaned already and the moms are in the birthing stalls. more to come….
